GDPR

The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) works with the Data Protection Act 2018 to form the UK's data protection framework.  The UK GDPR determines how people’s personal data is processed and kept safe, and the legal rights individuals have over their own data.

As a school, we have to collect certain personal data and process it. We are also responsible for making sure that others who process personal data on our behalf (for example, payroll providers or school club providers) follow data protection law. We will protect personal data and keep it safe from unauthorised or unlawful access, alteration, processing or disclosure by ensuring that all reasonable measures have been taken to protect the school’s network and ensuring the appropriate and secure use of school equipment. Personal data that is no longer needed will be disposed of securely (for further information, please refer to our Record Management Policy within our GDPR Policy).

Please see our GDPR Policy and Privacy Notices for Parents/Carers below.
