Our School Reception is open from 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.  Mrs West and Mrs Mead will be happy to help with your enquiries.  Alternatively, you may email your enquiry to office@hawthorns.wokingham.sch.uk

The office team would like to advise you of the following so that we can deal with your query as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Absence and Sickness

If your child is unwell and is unable to attend school, please contact us before 9.15 a.m on the first day of absence. 

Please telephone the School Office on 0118 979 1676 and select option 1 for absence or email  absence@hawthorns.wokingham.sch.uk

Please leave the name of your child, their class, the reason for absence and your name.

A Sickness Notification form is required on your child's return to school.

Forms are available in the front office or can be downloaded from our Forms page by clicking HERE.

Daily Queries/Urgent messages

Parents are advised to phone the school office regarding any daily queries/changes to routine.
